We are committed to protecting each client and providing the best services available. All clients who use services provided by HashNET Solution are subject to the following Terms of Service.

Billing & Refunds

We offer monthly and annual billing based on hosting plans. Fees for graphic and logo design are charged as one-time payments, varying according to the type. Due to the nature of our services and the associated costs of provisioning and maintaining them:

  • Refund Policy: No refunds or pro-rated refunds are provided. All sales are final.
  • Down Payment for Web Designing: A 50% non-refundable down payment is required before proceeding. Once the initial steps have begun, no refunds will be offered for the down payment.
  • Payment Methods: We accept Credit/Debit cards, PayPal, eZCash, and wire/bank transfer payments.

There is no minimum contract period for any plans. Clients are encouraged to use the 7-day trial period to review our services. All sales are final.

Late Payments – Shared & Reseller Hosting

  • Renewal invoices are generated based on the activation date.
  • Services are suspended on the 3rd day from the due date and terminated on the 25th day from the due date.
  • A late fee of Rs. 1,000.00 will apply if payment is not made by the 7th day. Late fees must be paid for service reactivation.

Cancellation & Refunds

We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or restrict access to accounts at any time without notice. Any abuse directed at our staff will result in service suspension or termination.
