Documents We Provide to You

We will share pre-formatted templates customized to your legal business structure. Please request these templates from your HashNET agent:

⚡ Service Agreement (The official IPG usage contract)

Step 2 Documents You Need to Submit

Category 1: Personal / Unregistered Businesses

Individual Option

If you operate as an individual without a formal business registration, please prepare these documents:

Merchant Application Form: Fully completed and signed by the owner. Service Agreement: Completed and physically signed by the owner on all designated signature blocks. Affidavit: Officially signed and attested by a Justice of the Peace (JP) or a Lawyer (must bear their stamp). National Identity Card (NIC) / Passport: High-resolution, full-color copy of both front and back sides. Personal Bank Statement: Recent official statement issued under the owner's personal name to verify payment payouts.

SIGNATURES

Wet Ink Signatures Only

Digital, scanned, or electronically drawn signatures are strictly rejected. We require physical, hand-signed ("wet") ink signatures with physical rubber seals stamped directly on the paper before scanning.

SCANS

Scan Specifications

All submissions must be rendered as high-quality, professional, multi-page PDF files. Scans must be straight, clear, and perfectly readable (no smartphone camera angles, shadows, or cropped edges).

AMEX CARD

Website Verification (Amex Integration)

If your business accepts payments via American Express (Amex), you must maintain a fully live, active, and functional e-commerce website featuring clear terms and conditions, contact info, and refund policies.

LIMITATION

USD Payment Restriction

Unregistered or Personal businesses (Category 1) are strictly prohibited from enabling USD payment processing. To accept and process USD payments, a valid Business Registration Certificate (BRC) must be provided.

Mandatory Web Policies

Please ensure that your website's "Terms of Service" and "Privacy Policy" are already fully drafted, active, and publicly accessible on your platform before proceeding with this application.
