IPG Application Requirement Checklist

Authorised Internet Payment Gateway Agent for Crossborder Payments (Private) Limited

To process your Internet Payment Gateway (IPG) application efficiently, please refer to the checklist below based on your business registration type.

Step 1 Documents We Will Provide You

We will share the following templates for you to fill out and sign:

Step 2 Documents You Need to Submit

1. Private Limited Companies (PVT LTD)

  • Merchant Application Form: Signed by two directors with company seals.
  • IPG Agreement: Signed by two directors with seals (signature on all pages).
  • Board Resolution: On letterhead. Signed by Director & Secretary with seals.
  • Form 1 (Company Registration).
  • Form 20 (If available).
  • BRC (Business Registration Certificate).
  • Articles of Association.
  • Bank Statement: Recent statement under Company Name.
  • NIC Copies: Clear copies (both sides) for all directors.

2. Sole Proprietorship

  • Merchant Application Form: Signed by proprietor with rubber stamp/seal.
  • IPG Agreement: Signed by proprietor with seal (signature on all pages).
  • BRC (Business Registration Certificate).
  • NIC Copy: Clear copy of both sides.
  • Bank Statement: Under the Business Name.

3. Partnership

  • Merchant Application Form: Signed by partners with seals.
  • IPG Agreement: Signed by partners with seals (signature on all pages).
  • BRC (Business Registration Certificate).
  • NIC Copies: Clear copies (both sides) for partners.
  • Bank Statement: Under the Business Name.

4. Individual (Unregistered)

  • Merchant Application Form: Signed by the owner.
  • IPG Agreement: Signed by the owner.
  • Affidavit: Signed/attested by a Justice of the Peace (JP) or Lawyer.
  • NIC Copy: Clear copy of both sides.
  • Bank Statement: Under the Owner's personal name.
