1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by HashNET Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to HashNET Sender, Web Hosting, and Custom Development, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. SMS & WhatsApp API Usage

To prevent abuse of our gateways, the following strict policies apply:

No Spam: You may not use our services to send unsolicited bulk messages (spam). All recipients must have opted-in to receive messages from you.
Prohibited Content: You may not send messages containing fraud, phishing, scams, adult content, or anything illegal under Sri Lankan law.
Suspension: We reserve the right to immediately suspend any account found violating these rules without a refund.

3. Web Hosting & Domains

We guarantee 99.9% network uptime. However, we are not responsible for data loss due to user error or script malfunctions. Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups unless a backup service is purchased. Accounts used for illegal file sharing or hacking activities will be terminated.

4. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

Subscription Services: Hosting and API subscriptions are billed in advance. Failure to pay within 7 days of the due date may result in service suspension.
Refund Policy:
- Web Hosting: 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
- SMS Credits: Non-refundable once purchased.
- Setup Fees: Non-refundable.
Cancellations: You may cancel your service at any time via the Client Portal.

5. Limitation of Liability

HashNET Solutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business reputation.
